Collaboration & Partnership
Fraction Energy Services commits to engage and work with Indigenous communities and organizations to identify and collaborate in areas of mutual interest, develop opportunities for growth, and form meaningful business relationships. The goal is to become an industry leader in partnership with Indigenous groups by providing long term benefits to the communities in which we are engaged.
Collaboration can include but will not be limited to:
- Partnership opportunities including equity and joint venture arrangements
- Benefit agreements focused on profit sharing initiatives on projects Fraction operates on respective First Nations’ traditional territories
- Employment initiatives including local hiring and training
- Sponsorship opportunities of indigenous cultural events and training programs

True Partnership
Úújo Developments Limited Partnership (ÚÚJO) is the economic development corporation established by the Doig River First Nation and is an equity partner of Fraction’s parent company Green Energy Services. Úújo Developments LP was created with the intent of creating long term wealth on behalf of the Doig River First Nation. Fraction Energy Services welcomes the opportunity to provide growth and opportunity in partnership with ÚÚJO.
