Fraction is committed to cultivating a culture where everyone within the organization knows that their voice matters; we all strive for continual improvement. Everyone is encouraged to contribute their unique abilities, and help to elevate our work environment.

Management, field staff, and contract employees are all actively engaged in our Joint Occupational Health and Safety program, with representatives working across our geographical regions and bases. It is our duty to create a safe work environment for our people and communities.

Fraction’s monthly safety bulletin is an initiative to help foster a culture of communication, transparency, and continuous improvement within our team. It’s another platform for uniting our employees and stakeholders around the common goal of ensuring the highest safety standards.

Through the continuous hard work and dedication of our incredible workforce, Fraction demonstrated a zero LTI ˝Lost Time Incident” record of 0.0 for 2022. We expect and continue to strive to keep our workforce LTI free.

Hands on Training

All new workers receive intensive hands-on training in equipment, tools, load securement, procedures, and other applicable tasks prior to starting field work

All new inexperienced employees are assigned a mentor from the moment they are hired, They are enrolled in a 30, 60, 90-day mentorship program to further build on their training and abilities. Third-party contract workers are vetted by ComplyWorks prior to joining our workforce.
